Healthy Habits start in your mind. Once you overcome your unhealthy habits you'll be sitting pretty.
I am a former collegiate athlete and former unit. I have done hours on hours of research on how the male and female bodies should be operating and what kind of foods power us.
I preach intermittent fasting so you need to get used to hearing it. Let me break that down for you real quick.
Intermittent fasting is essentially only eating within an 8 hour window. So my day, I wake up at 6 and do not eat my first meal until around 12pm and then I stop eating around 8pm. Some may ask, aren't you hungry, aren't you tired? Hell no, black coffee and mineral water will become your best friend during this process. I could go on and on but that's the gist of it.
